AMAZON PRIME DAY

Amazon Prime Day is looming. Now, don’t get me wrong, I support independents and small business FULLY, however, Amazon is a go to for me when it comes to tech.

I work with clients across so many aspects of visibility and quite often end up giving recommendations for podcast tech or ring lights for social media videos, so I thought I’d share a list of some of my absolute must haves here for you in time for Amazon Prime Day…

DESKTOP RING LIGHT:

RING LIGHT:

Now we’re getting into it… this bad boy is my ultimate ring light used for more substantial recording sessions. Again, is adjustable, acts as a phone/camera holder, has different light filters that can be applied and is just top notch.

FLOOR STAND FOR PROJECTOR:

I use this to position myself around my office when I’m going webinars/lives/training from my laptop. I can choose where I want to sit and what backdrop I want behind me and can set up my laptop safely and securely.

PHONE CAMERA TRIPOD:

I have used this A LOT! Super handy for going live, doing stories or even facetiming - I’m ALL about being hands-free to write in my trusty notebooks. It’s also great if you are wanting to set up photography or video without having to edit/use timer function, the bluetooth remote will operate the camera for you.

OLYMPUS PEN CAMERA:

I absolutely LOVE my Olympus Pen. Not only does it take beautiful photos and record footage brilliantly, it also connects to my phone/computer via wifi so that I can use the photography and video quickly and easily across my social media and other platforms.

BLUE YETI RECORDING MICROPHONE:

My Blue Yeti is my absolute go to when recording any content for my membership, one off video sessions AND the podcast I host with Laura Ludlow, Brave & Brilliant.

OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS BEYOND AMAZON:

LOVE FLORRIE:

I go to Love Florrie for phone cases/laptop covers:

Acuity is fast becoming a lifeline for me as an alternative to the paper diary. I’m a traditionalist who is on the cusp of being very much converted thanks to Acuity.
