Frequently Asked Questions

Which service is best if I’m new to pR?

All my offers are geared to supporting those that are new to PR, so the point of difference would be how you want to learn/how much support you’d like to receive. The PR Spotlight Membership and my Domestika course are self-paced options that you can work through independently, but one of my coaching options would be best for you if you want more tailored, hand on support.

Will you write my press releases for me?

When it comes to press releases, The PR Spotlight Membership and my Domestika course provide the ‘how to’ and points of reference.

When we are working together 1-1, I will support you in creating a press release/any other relevant materials but it is a collaborative process in order for you to get the most learning value at every stage.

Will you do my PR for me?

No. In short, I don’t do the do. That is not where the value is in my service. You may want to outsource your PR which is a brilliantly valid option, however, the way I work is about empowering you with the knowledge, resources and contacts to enable you to continue creating PR success long after our tenure. This is very different to any contract with a PR freelancer or agency where, upon completion/termination, their press materials, resources and contacts will remain theirs, and you will lose access.

How do I book a consultation?

You can book a discovery call with me here. If you would like to book a 1 hour 1-1, this can be done here.

How much does it cost to work with you?

My 1-1 prices start at £185 for a Spark Starter Call.

What results can I expect to see?

Every client I have worked with has seen results. I won’t do the do for you but in sharing my expertise, knowledge and opportunities, I am confident that PR magic will happen for you.

The nature of coaching means that you will get what you put into it so you will need to have time and drive to put into it.

I have helped clients position in titles such as The Telegraph, Tatler, HELLO, Conde Nast Traveller, The Independent, Sheerluxe, Metro, Evening Standard, STYLIST, Woman & Home, Real Business, Forbes, speak on stages at the likes of Top Drawer, Spring Fair and Drapers Live as well as working with influencers, collaborating with incredible brands, growing social media followings and so much more.

What experience do you have?

I have 15 years experience of working in PR, 6 of which was spent running and growing my own agency. I specialise in supporting small businesses and female entrepreneurs and have placed small businesses with the likes of Made in Chelsea, the Brit Awards, on Lady Gaga and in the pages of VOGUE and much of the mainstream national media as well as niche, industry and regional titles.

I have shared my PR expertise and knowledge with shows/platforms such as Top Drawer, MODA, Enterprise Nation, Small Business Britain and the January Furniture Show as well as teaching and media training for the likes of Domestika and BBC Studios.
