After 30 years of working in the fast paced and often frantic entertainment and film industry, culminating with the sudden death of her husband and business partner, Amanda decided to take leave and start again. She initially trained as a PT in 2015 but it wasn’t long before she discovered reformer pilates. Amanda fell in love with the balance and clarity reformer pilates gave her; realigning her body and mind to regain freedom, confidence and control in her life. Towards the end of 2019 she retrained as a reformer pilates instructor and in March 2020 Anthro Contrology was created.
The Anthro-Contrology studio in Richmond, offers a private, safe space where clients can step out of this hectic world and into an uplifting positive practice. With room to breathe, thrive, decant the emotions of the day and find inspiration from the mindful practice reformer pilates brings. Amanda has created a haven to check-in and reset the body from the inside out. It is a sanctuary designed to support busy women and men.
Having qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2001, Caroline has spent 20 years working directly with clients one on one or with group exercise classes and 2020 saw her launch Caroline's Circuits, an online membership fitness platform offering live 30 minute workouts focussed on strength training.
With over 7 years of teaching experience, Felicity launched an on-demand class platform and app in 2020 and now teaches through a combination of live and on-demand classes so that her students can get the benefits of yoga every day in a way that works for them.
Laurella Wood Walker is passionate about yoga as a journey to greater embodiment, vitality & creative fulfilment and works to create a place where you feel empowered, nourished and deeply connected.
She teaches Prana Vinyasa Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Yoga as well as The Radiance Practice, a blend of Yoga, Shaking, Free Dance, Breath work and Relaxation.
All of her classes are imbued with Breath Work to deepen the practice to its full potential.
Kate, a Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI (Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute) Pilates Instructor is the founder of Cadbury Pilates. Her passionate and unique approach shines through in her classes.
Kate qualified with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy from Southampton University in 2003. Kate set up Cadbury Physiotherapy in 2019. Kate qualified as an APPI Pilates Instructor in 2006 and has taught Pilates in the local Poole area over the last 14 years. She set up Cadbury Pilates in 2017 and now teaches both her local community but also to clients worldwide.
Kate races for Team Great Britain in Duathlon and uses Pilates as a crucial part of her Duathlon training which has allowed her to become a medalist in the World Championships. Kate has two young children and practising pilates both ante and post natally allowed her to get back to what she loves safely and confidently.

We are not just friends but also sisters-in-law. (Yes, really… Sal was Lou’s bridesmaid and this was before we set up our business together!) We design and make the majority of our jewellery collection using silver, semi-precious stones, gold vermeil and pearls.
